            You will daily communicate with the Operation Manager and the Site Supervisor


            The Operation Manager

            HCFM administrative structure has been set so that the Operation Manager will supervise all the sites operations. Our office will assist the Operation Manager for all matters related to logistic, purchase and all other areas pertaining to the site.


            His missions are:

            • To organize, supervise and co-ordinate the operations
            • To implement and trustful relations with the clients


              Daily Operation

              • Communicate with clients during daily operations
              • Ensure smooth and consistent running the operation
              • Perform day to day operation and duties
              • Ensure our service staff performs their duties required
              • Ensure the quality and quantity of the food served
              • Insure all aspects of the day to day management of the site are in accordance with the company standard
              • Maintained effective and robust management controls of the project, including a high level of responsibilities for costs
              • Coordinates with other departments and work in close collaboration to ensure stable development of the sites
              • Ensure client satisfaction in accordance with contractual terms. Improve the running of the existing contracts 

               

              The Site Supervisor
              The Site Supervisor reports and assists the Operation Manager on daily operations mentioned above.

                HCFM will manage dining outlets to ensure a clean and healthy work environment.  The dining outlets must be managed to maximize a positive work atmosphere through a smooth run operation.
